Step 1

Turn on the gas stove and put water in a vessel, when the water is hot, add some salt to it.  Tube rice cake should be boiled in hot water till soft.  During this time the gas temperature should be kept moderate. After putting the rice case in water, shake it so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Wait until the sesame seeds are heated in the pan.  Mix well with all ingredients except green onions and rice cake at medium temperature.  Stir until everything is combined, 3 – 4 minutes. Turn off the stove.

Gas should be placed in an iron pan or a non-stick pan.  Fry the rice cakes with sufficient amount of cooking oil until they turn brown.  Can’t fry everything in a pan at once.  Fry a little and take it out on a plate.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients together with the help of a brush, brush well on the fried rice cake and serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
