Cashewnuts, raisins, green chillies and poppy seeds should be pounded together in a mortar or mix. The taste of the food is much better if it is taken in the patatan.
Tomatoes should be cut into very small pieces and kept in a bowl or else it can be made into a paste in a mixer.
Yogurt should be taken in a bowl and whisked well, in this case homemade yogurt is best and care should be taken that there is no water in the yogurt. Yogurt purchased from the market should be kept in a strainer or net for some time so that all the water will drain from the yogurt.

First wash the lauki very well. It should be cut lengthwise, then four finger wide pieces should be kept peeled and the seeds or grains in the middle should be removed.

First Stage :-
After turning on the gas oven, place the pressure cooker in three cups of water and add a small amount of salt. When the water is slightly hot, lock the pressure cooker with the cut lauki . The gas must be turned off before the CT wears (before the noise starts).
Second stage:-
When the presser is cold, open the lid of the presser and take out the gourds in a bowl. Drain the water well and mix it with salt and a small amount of turmeric.

Third stage:-
Turn on the gas oven and place the kadai, after the kadai is hot, add mustard oil to it. After the oil is hot, take out the gourds and fry them
Fourth Stage :-
Put oil in a small pan, after the oil heats up, lightly break the whole pepper and leave it in the oil, slice a green chilli. When an aroma is obtained, stir all the spices kept in the pan, at this time reduce the heat of the gas. The spice should be extracted with a little salt and a small amount of turmeric.
Fifth Stage :-
After one or two, the fried gourds should be stirred and in the container in which the spices were kept, take three or four spoons of water and wash the spices stuck on the bowl with water. Shake well and keep the lid on for two to three minutes. After two or three minutes, open the lid and shake well with the curd.
Sixth stage:-
After another four to five minutes, open the lid, after stirring, spread a little sugar and stir again very well. This time to switch off the gas oven by pressing the lid. Making gourd kokta.
