The basic method of making Cabbage Paratha

You have to take the flour in a big bowl and knead it with salt and white oil. Now knead the whole dough very well with hot water. Once the dough is kneaded, keep it for 30 minutes.

For the filling of Cabbage Paratha:-

I will mix the boiled potatoes with the cabbage very well. So that the filling is very good and the cumin powder that was kept should also be smeared with it.

The kneaded dough should be cut off the lychees and the lychees should be made into pockets or thongs so that the filling can be given. One by one, fill the mouth with all the lychees and close the mouth well.

Roll very loosely so that the pulp does not come out. One by one you have to fill all the lychees in the middle. One by one, when all are done, turn on the gas oven and place the patch or put a non-stick pan. The parathas should be fried.

This cabbage paratha does not require much oil to fry. Even with this paratha, there is no need to have a separate curry. Yes but if you want it can be eaten with pickle or curd.
